Vera Soul is a band combining a sound influenced by alternative rock, punk, and classic rock. At times the live performances take on a jam band feel, with extended portions of rhythm and groove. Officially formed in late 2020, Vera Soul has been tearing up the southeast music scene ever since. Some of their biggest shows to date include Myrtle Beach Bike Week at Suck Bang Blow, Spring Fling 2022 for the City of Spartanburg, SC, Fall for Greenville, SC 2022, and opening for The Lonely Ones at The Radio Room Greenville. Most importantly Vera Soul released their debut album in 2022, and released their newest single called 'Just Let Me Go' on April 14th, 2023.

In a scene that is no stranger to an abundance of blues and soul bands, Remedy 58 is the perfect cure for the same old, same old. Hailing from upstate South Carolina, Remedy 58 brings their unique take on blues infused soul to stages across the state and beyond. Tipton Jones-Boiter on lead vocals ups the ante of her smoky, sultry voice with a mean lead guitar, piano, and harmonica. Joel Green holds down a solid low end on his bass guitar while providing harmony vocals. They've recently been joined by Joel Michael Burton Jr. on drums and vocals. These three will be hitting the studio soon to work on album number two!

A teacher by day, a songwriter by night. Lindsay’s music has been described as having “Beatles-like chord progressions with real, relatable lyrics.” She has been deemed “One to Watch” by the Nashville Songwriters Association International, and has had several original songs accepted into local and national songwriting competitions. Established in 2015, REdEFIND is a massively dynamic quartet based out of Greenville, South Carolina. They tout a powerful and invigorated sound via a melting pot of aggresive hip-hop influenced nu metal with a sleek, modern metalcore edge. REdEFIND are on a mission to redefine modern metal music as we know it. REdEFIND is motivated to take their game to the next level with plans to expand across the country as a national touring act. Sharing the stage with national performing acts like Mushroomhead, Avatar, Butcher Babies, 36 Crazyfists, and touring with Texas Hippie Coalition and Hed PE, it’s clear that REdEFIND mean business. The group released their sophomore EP, entitled "Let's Party" in April of 2020 and followed that up in 2021 with the EP "Images." REdEFIND are preparing to go on tour supporting Texas Hippie Coalition in early 2022. If you couldn't tell by now, REdEFIND are positioning themselves as a force to be reckoned with.

Sorry, Peach.jpeg

Sorry, Peach began as a class project, but over the course of seven years, they have grown into a group capable of much more than just getting A’s on class assignments. Together, Tyerra, Kira, Daylee, and Dee create songs that combine straightforward music with heartbreaking lyrics. With influences from the likes of Ruston Kelly, NIKI, 5SOS, Lennon Stella, and Hippo Campus, everyone is sure to find a song that’s up their alley in Sorry, Peach’s discography. These gals are not afraid to change up their sound and combine genres, which was clear from their recent Upstate Music Awards Best Album winner, You Were Never Mine.

SWEET SPINE is an exciting new three-piece band making a splash in South Carolina comprised of Fox Haynes (19) on guitar and vocals, Taylor Priola (20) on bass and Brannan Crook (22) on drums. Harnessing the sounds of energetic rock mixed with the haunting melodies of shoegaze, the unsuspecting young trio have captured the attention of the Carolina scene and well beyond with their high energy live performances and viral breakout song, “Darkness.” Officially released in July 2023 after catching fire on TikTok, their breakout hit has launched them into a bona fide indie phenom and the brightest new faces in the Shoegaze and Alt-Rock space. With new music, bigger shows, and out-of-the-box collaborations on the way, it might’ve started with “Darkness” but it’s only a matter of time before the rest of the country sees the light.
